SHIPPING & RETURNS
Several shipping options are available to you at checkout and rates are based on USPS or UPS rates. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping (does not include custom or bulk orders). Once an order is received, we work diligently to prepare it for shipping and have it out for shipping within two days. Most shipping options are for a 1-3 day delivery once the order is processed.
If you have placed an order and have not received it within 5 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible to deliveries made to incorrect addresses; please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in our work and carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, products damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded. Proof of damage (photos) may be required and can be sent within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details and do not have access to your credit card information.
